Q1: How much does a seller get from each sale of digial products and services on Megaflips? Given our very low subscription fees, Megaflips charges only 10% commission on every sale of digital products and services. Sellers keeps 90% of every sale of digital products and services (less transaction + transfer fees). You are responsible for paying the appropriate charges, fees, and taxes associated with the third-party payment processors during each transaction or transfer. Megaflips do not charge any fees for sale of physical products.
Q2: What kinds of settlements are available for payouts on Megaflips? Megaflips provides two settlement options, the Automatic and Manual settlement. Automatic settlement is settled dirctly to seller's payout bank account (within 1 day) for sales of digital products and services in the merchants country's currency. Manual settlement is settled to seller's wallet (within 1 - 19 days) for sales of digital products and services in other currencies other than the merchants country's currency. see more on the pricing page www.megaflips.com/pricing.
Q1. What specific authorizations or permits do I need to sell my products? YOU represent and warrant that YOU have all the mandatory certificates, licenses, patents, declarations, and/or registrations required to operate as a provider or seller of YOUR products, goods, and services in YOUR applicable jurisdiction. YOU must be registered and act as a business, an individual entrepreneur, freelancer, sole trader, or self-employed person while selling on the Megaflips Service.
Q2. What standards must my products meet? YOU agree to sell products that are of high-quality standards and consistent with any standards or specifications provided by Megaflips. It is prohibited to provide or sell substandard products on the Megaflips Service. Repeated failure to provide high-quality products constitutes a breach of our Terms of Service.
Q3. In what currencies can I sell my products and services? YOU may sell YOUR product listings in USD, GHS, KES, NGN, ZAR, UGX, GBP, or EUR currency on the Megaflips Service. Megaflips may use third-party exchange rate converter service to determine the best applicable currency conversion exchange rates for YOUR product listing price when sold in other currencies.
Q1. How does the approval process for Product Listings work? When YOU upload a new Product Listing or edit and submit an existing Product Listing on the Megaflips Service, Megaflips will review the submission. If the Product Listing meets the standard requirements for approval, it will be approved for live viewing on the Megaflips Service. If it does not meet the requirements, Megaflips may reject the Product Listing.
Q2. What happens if my Product Listing is rejected? If Megaflips rejects YOUR submitted Product Listing, YOU will be notified via YOUR registered email address. YOU have the option to edit and resubmit the Product Listing. Upon resubmission, Megaflips may either approve or reject the Product Listing again.
Q3. Can I object to the rejection of my Product Listing? Yes, YOU can always communicate YOUR objections regarding the refusal to approve YOUR Product Listing. If Megaflips decides not to reconsider YOUR objections, YOU will not be notified, and the Product Listing will remain unapproved. As an independent user, YOU bear the financial risk of YOUR Product Listings, and no compensation will be provided for unapproved listings.
Q4. What if my Product Listing is reported for violating a trademark or copyright? If YOUR Product Listing is reported or flagged by other users on the Megaflips Service for violating a trademark or as a copyright infringement, Megaflips has the right to suspend the listing and withhold part or all of YOUR payout. Depending on the severity of the violation, YOU may be banned from using Megaflips entirely.
Q5. How can I object to the suspension of my Product Listing or a ban on my account? YOU may communicate YOUR objections (specifying the SKU number of the suspended Product Listing) via email to compliance@megaflips.com within 7 calendar days from the date of suspension or account ban. Objections submitted after this 7-day period will not be considered. If YOUR objections are properly communicated within the timeframe, Megaflips may consider them within 14 calendar days but is not obligated to do so.
Q6. How long will my approved Product Listings stay active? YOUR approved Product Listings may remain active on the Megaflips Service until YOU delete them or until YOUR listing subscription plan expires.
Q7. How does megaflips handle fraudulent Product Listings? We have zero tolerance for fraudulent listings! If you suspect any fraudulent listing, please report it to us immediately by reaching us at fraud@megaflips.com with the SKU of the product. We shall investigate untrue or inaccurate listings on megaflips.com and terminate such accounts. We may also report such listings to the appropriate Security agencies.
Q1. Is there a free plan available? When YOU sign up on Megaflips, We offer YOU free plan. YOU may use this free plan to sell up to 50 products or services. However, if YOU dont want to use this free plan anymore, YOU may upgrade from the free plan to a higher suitable account subscription plan.
Q2. Do I need a subscription to sell on Megaflips? Megaflips is free when you sign up, however if you want a higher plan to sell YOUR products on the Megaflips Service, YOU need to subscribe to an account plan. There are several account subscription plans available, each with their respective prices, duration, and limits. For more details, please visit our pricing page.
Q3. What happens when my subscription plan expires? When YOUR account subscription plan expires, YOU will not have access to create new product listings or manage YOUR existing ones. YOUR products' live viewing status will be changed from online to offline, and customers will not be able to view YOUR product listings. Megaflips may not terminate your account immediately, allowing YOU to pick up from where YOU stopped when YOU renew your subscription.
Q4. How long do I have to renew my expired subscription? YOU must renew YOUR expired subscription within a 60-day grace period. After this period, YOUR products may be deleted from the Megaflips Service.
Q5. What happens if my account is inactive? If YOUR account on the Megaflips Service is inactive, YOUR product listings will be turned offline. If YOUR account remains dormant for 90 consecutive days, it shall be deactivated, and YOU will have no claims against Megaflips.
Q6. Can I still access my account after deactivation? If YOUR account is deactivated due to inactivity, YOU may need to contact Megaflips customer support to discuss options for reactivating YOUR account. However, there is no guarantee that reactivation will be possible or that YOUR previous data will be restored.
Q7. How can I upgrade my subscription plan? To upgrade YOUR subscription plan, visit the account upgrade page on the Megaflips Service, select the desired subscription plan, and follow the prompts to complete the upgrade process.
Q8. Will I be notified before my subscription expires? Yes, Megaflips will typically send notifications to YOUR registered email address before YOUR subscription expires, reminding YOU to renew to avoid any disruptions in service.
